Globalization, active internalization and progress in technology have intensified the impact that American English has over national languages. The can be seen borrowing a big amount of computer-mediated communication (CMC) lexis from language. processes mentioned need description explanation which makes article relevant.
 Materials methods. Works concerning different aspects lexical peculiarities CMC words are mentioned. derived international morphemes is studied article. Qualitative evaluation, generalization used study.
 Results. Three main groups distinguished: 1) computer terms directly borrowed by languages, 2) general technical terms, 3) lexis. Words two latter often “internal” borrowings, they metaphorised having been adapted Russian language to other fields. These lexemes with use native mechanisms though manner similar their equivalents.
 Practical implications. Results study teaching Lexicology, Cross-cultural translation practice.
